I doubt I could survive for long without what I need
but I would be much better off if I stopped thinking about what I want and realised I don't need it most of the time.
There are others who have a greater need for some of the things that I merely want.

3. Needs of each person is influenced by factors .... (?)
by what they see that others have and are convinced they must have too
4. by what they see others have not got and realise they can do without too.

Needs are what we should have in order to survive. This includes clothing, shelter and food. Then the rest are all wants. I think I should also add love to the needs. Because we all need to be loved and love. I think some things can already be transferred to need like cellphone and job.
