How to lose body weight?

Since now a days many people are over weighted which leads to cause many problems. Say some of the tips you know which may be useful in losing weights.

do water theraphy. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. burn those calories.... exercise! eat regularly. don't starve yourself.

to loose weight- follow the following tips- 1. early in the morning take a glass glass of luke warm lime juice (it could be half a lime juice in water)don't add sugar or salt. you can mix a little honey. 2. exercise regularly. before starting an exercise regime, consult your physician. start exercising with some warm up exercises. the best thing is- brisk walking for half and hour or more. 3. not only exercise but one has to cut down the junk food from the regular diet. a normal diet must include- fibres, fruits, milk, green leafy vegetables. fats like butter and cheese and freid stuff should be eliminated. 4. avoid eating between meals. 5. drink lots of water. about 8-10 glasses everyday. 6. sleep is necessary but too much of sleep or too much of rest or sitting at one place and working can also cause weight gain. so even if you have desk work then walk around whenever possible and do some kind of streching exercise.

Walk four days in a week, in the morning at least 30 minutes.Dont cut food from your regular diet, only cut the carbohydrate food from your daily food.You can join a gym to loose your weight.Remember that, first time dont do exercise with weight.You can take an expert opinion how to start gym session. Always wake up in the morning and sleep early in the night.

Do not eat after supper. Take some exercises everyday. Swimming is a good sport in summer, it did help me lose my weight last year.
