Why do you want to jailbreak your iphone? my pal. It surely would make your iphone out of warranty if you did that. Moreover, you should think about it well before doing it since your iphone could be completely out of use if you failed. In China, there are some professional businessmen who possess the device and technic doing this kind of risky work for certain money, which could reduce the risk of failure. I am sure you could find similar place to do it in India, my pal.

Jailbreak? What do you mean? If you mean you want to open it up then you shouldn't do it and just have an expert do it. Warranty gets void when the company sees the item was tampered with or ruined by the owner not intentionally but this things are seen and noticed.
