The First Lady is often a trend setter among American Women. Do you think Michelle Obama wears a style you would mimic. Why or why not?

Even though she may wear JCrew ect. But like others have said she's really not a trend setter as far as style goes. I'm sure they have a stylist all over her. Though they talk about her arms an awful lot, but if ya got them show them & she does tasefully at that. I just think it's nice to not see someone constantly wearing a suit or dressing like Mrs. Bush Sr did in polyester MOO-MOO styles. I will say though I love how she dresses her girls though very nice. And again as another had said not everyone can afford the styles she wears, or not until they hit mass discount stores that end in _____-Mart! *LOL*

It's hard to find more modest attire for girls that don't make them look older than they are. Shoot I haven't seen summer play dresses around in the past few years, only dressier spring dresses wich is find but if I want them to wear a dress it's next to impossible to find. Little girls need to dress like lil girls no minature adults.

I agree, her girls do dress very nice, and modestly (I hate little girls dressed like they are 16). I also like the way she dresses herself, and the fact that she isn't always in a suit. However, I could never wear some of the stuff she does, I don't have her body type.

I do not mimic after anyone. Michelle Obama, can afford the clothes she is wearing, I would be foolish to try to mimic her style, because it is not practical for everyday life. She is in the limelight, so of course she has to look better than the average Joe. Actually, I have not been impressed with her style at all.

I would not attempt to mimic her style. Her body type is different from mine so I don't think the clothes she wears would compliment me. I don't alway think they compliment her. I like the first lady, but I am not impressed with her taste in clothing.

I don't care about styles or fashion. I don't care even if she wore a black plastic bag.
