I get lazy do phsical exercize

Ussally when morning come, I wake up then pray to God. Then I do some phsical exercize like run on treadmill and little gym. This is my habit. But for two weeks. this habit was loss. I get lazy do this. I feel that my body isn't fit. My body fill pain on back. And I feel pain on my head and get tire before do this. Is this for me only or lotters have same feel ?

Are you drinking enough water? Sounds like a case of dehydration. Make sure that you drink two glasses of water when you wake up. Then wait for around 10 minutes before starting on your exercise. Then during your exercise, drink water after 20 minutes - and another after you're done. Also, be sure to stretch after you exercise, it helps relieve muscle soreness. i've tried to motivate myself enough to wake up early and do exercise, but it never works! I have track practice after school, and then homework. SO by the time i get to bed the last thing i want to do is wake up early to go run. So i usually just end up sleeping through the alarm. I think that having a friends or someone who would do the workout with you would be more motivating. This way you could encourage (or force) one another to stick with your commitment. lol Well good luck! :)
