how do i change the colors on my Mylot profile page?

hello everybody here at Mylot. i am in need of your-all's help tonight as i cannot figure out how to change the colors on my profile page. when i click on edit my profile, then i scroll over to the right hand side of the page, then i click on the change colors link, boxes come up but i do not know what to do from there. when i click on the box that already has a number in it, it goes blank and i do not know what to type in the box to get my profile page colors to change. so tell me, how do i go about changing the colors on my profile page around here at Mylot? thanks for your help and have a beautiful evening.
