If a fruit is sweeter, does it mean it has more sugar/fructose?
If a chocolate is sweeter, does it mean it has more sugar/glucose?
I'm wondering if I should trust my tongue when it comes to deciding which food has less sugar content... I know which one is more fatty based on how it looks (we can assume how a food was prepared when the dish is served) and I'm trying to figure out if I should rely on my tongue to decide which on has most sugar.
Let's not count sugar free chocolates and drinks - it's very easy to determine foods that have sugar substitutes.
