If you love your old phone and you dont want to dispose it then buy a new one and keep the old. Or try to repair it so that you will not buy a new one. But if the old phone is giving you some problem then it is the right time to replace it a new one.

Except the first one i bought myself, I change my cell phones very passivedly, as I am using cell phones given by my son or daughter in law. They change maybe once every two years, to catch up the screen, the cover, the functions, etc. For me, as long as I can call, and be called, that is enought. The never ending development of the telecommunications companies are inducing the consumption even when the existing is still in good function. I do not think it is a good way of thinking. We need to utilize the best value of our resources, why not the cell phones?

ye,i agree with you at the point utilizing the best value of our resources.and we share the same point about the use of cell phone.it seems i am out of my age.for at my age people are looking for fashion, and try to keep step with world...while i think no one should be blamed here,a person has his or her own opinion about life and the world.so the world keep the colors of its kind.

maybe you can go to repair it first. if it is proved to be broken , get a new one then

Since you love your phone much, but does not work much, why not buy one new but equal?. I have changed many phones over the years for various reasons, but the current one since it used to work, I have this for a year and a half.
