To be honest I agree with you that the old naix was the most strongest hero ever here in this game. But because the discussion talk about the strongest Intelligence type. I think I will go for the Tinker.

It depends on what role you would like your int hero to play. Most of the time they are disablers and gankers. Lion and Rhasta serve these purposes exceptionally. Then you have the support DPSers like Enchantress and Obsidian. My personal choice is Ogre Magi played as a pseudo-tank and support. He serves really well in team battles especially if you have guinsoo on him. Will give tons of assists and a few kills.

Hmmp? I guess if the battle between the intelligence type was a distance! I will go for this hero she can able to win, but if the opponent have a great instant kill. I'm also sure that this hero will also find hard to survive during battle. Her Wish is just healing by a number of seconds, that's why instant kill is the greatest chance to kill her.!

i think harbringer coz his good at early game and late gamea. his Ultimate can Kill heroes due to his his int stats. my build guinsoo travel BKB Shiva Aghanims(2)

But I guess if the battle was between two intelligence type? The process of last skill of Obsidian Destroyer Depends on the number of Intelligence of the Enemy which means the greater the Intelligence of the opponent hero the lower the damage. I'm sure it's effective if the battle was between Strength and agility! not for both the same intelligence!

I think IF you are going to choose Necrolyte there must be a Dagon level 5 so you can able to damage the enemy very quickly and just go for a Ripper scythe. Boots of travel was really a helpful item to be equipped and just continue running and using his first skill . That's the right Play for this Hero!

There is no specific best int hero but the intelligence hero I enjoyed playing the most was Windrunner. She is very fun to play.
