Do you irresistable on coffee?

Hello do you drink coffee if yes how many cups a day and can you skip it or not ..for me I remember first time of drinking coffee ..I almost vomit but later I abit addict to it and help me awake during work or study ....but now I got a bit problem with my health and the doctor suggest me stop coffee .....wow ...I got a bit hard time ...and I relly miss of coffee

no i am not addicted to coffee but i do drink tea but not more only twice a day and only about half a cup each time. i think i am addicted to tea twice a day and when i dont drink it i get headache and also tiredness and hence i have to take it. it is very rare i take tea may be once or twice a year. if we drink tea or coffee in excess it causes health problems and it is better to be away from lots of it and just take limited and for as doctor is already mentioned so better try to avoid it and whenever you feel like having coffee eat something else or take fruit juice so that you can forget about coffee and divert your mind.
