I have a One year old Grandson.I did not get to take him camping one time last Year because everyone said it was to hot for the baby(I do not buy that we had fans i think the mom and dad did not want to get out in the heat). But anyway this year I will take him every time i get a chance.Would you take your grand baby camping?

I think once a baby is stable they should be able to, providing they are healthy and don't have any illnesses. Altho to me it's more of a worry for my baby being cold. Altho I would make sure I can get somewhere warm if I should need anything, as the baby wouldn't be as strong and also a little scared.

My boyfriend and I have taken our daughter camping since she was one each year. We now have an 8 month old son and I'm sure we will be taking him camping this year as well.

Yes, if I lived closer I would take her every chance I got. However I live 1300 miles away. I took my daughters camping when they were small. My oldest went camping down the beach when she was a year old, and to the hunting lease before that. My youngest went camping when she was probably 2, her first time. I would take him every chance you good, the outdoors and fresh air is great for them.
