Does God Need Defending?

I do not want to get anyone worked up . But my wife and I was having a discussion a wile back about people that can not help themselves when someone says something bad a bought god they just get in a up roar and start defending him .Personally I think if he can create the world in seven days he can hold his own with a few words. After all if they get to crazy on him he can just strike them dead. LoL just kidding i know he wouldn't.But anyway what do You think. Should we defend God or not?

I don't think God needs defending at all. If some one wants to be rude and insulting let them have it. They are responsible for their own action.
Sometime I feel the same way about myself, I have to stop and think, I don't have to defend myself to these people nor do I have to explain anything to them. The more you say and feed them the more they want. If you don't feed a fire it will go out.
Just my opinion.

Yes I think we should defend God at every opportunity. True he may not need our help but he is still worth defending.Especially from those crazy people who think they are him but they are really just stupid. Its my job as a person of faith to speak up for God.
