Does anyone still play "slug bug" while traveling by car?

My husband and I still play "slug bug" whenever we go somewhere. It doesn't have to be a long trip, just as long as we are in the car. I have also heard it called "beatle bop".For those unfamiliar with the game, whenever you see a volkwagon beatle, you call out "slug bug". Whoever gets it first gets to "slug" the other person. We usually just tap each other on the hand, but I have seen other people really hit each other on the shoulder. I was just wondering what experiences you have had playing games in the car.
