I really enjoy making cupcakes for my child's class, but I am running out of idea's of cute little things to send. I have sent doggies, bugs, christmas wreaths, and so on. They will more than likely have an egg coloring party for easter, and I need some idea's on cupcakes that would be cute to send to it.

Try using green food coloring and color coconut for the top of them (grass) and decorate with jelly beans. Simple but cute. Also another idea (not necessarily for Easter) is crushing up chocolate cookies ontop of them and decorate with gummy worms.

Your idea is great to. I might do the easter egg in the grass cupcakes, and Ellen_Mom's bunny cupcakes, so it is sort of like bunnies in the grass.

I have done the gummy worm cupcakes for my son's class Halloween party. They turn out really cute. I might have to try the green coconut "nests".

Those cupcakes were adorable. I think I will try those, and make a test run of them this weekend just to see what mine look like.

Just wondered how they turned out? I thought the picture online was cute, but have never made them.
