Does anyone use this paid to search program?If so,have you ever been paid by them?Are there any other paid to search programs like this open to the U.S.?

I found Scour the other day i have joined but i have not reached payout yet, i am moving slow with it because it is a new program to me. the one that i use the most is swagbucks, i have reached payment 2 times with them and have only been a member for about 35 days.
