What can I uninstall on my computer

My computer is moving extremely slow, and a family member states I need to delete some programs to free up more space. I opened up the control panel programs and features to uninstall, but I am afraid I might delete something that is important. Is it safe uninstall the following Java update 2,3,4,5,7. I am thinking there should only be one. How about Rhapsody,Roxio, Muvee Auto Producer? I have no idea what they are. What about Bonjour not sure what that is either?

since i do not know why many programs installed on each of theme will not do a check on the internet?.To make sure what you're deleting. Then we suggest a full scan of your pc, often very slow due to viruses that steal ram or install programs in the operating system. If by chance you find them, format the drive C, you'll see that your pc will go very fast.

I think Roxio and movie auto producer is not essential in computer.You can use Ccleaner to clean junk files in your computer and you can fix your registry with this software. Defrag your system every week, it will increase the speed of your computer.You can also delete tmp files from your computer to get more free space.Tmp files are not necessary, any times you can delete them.Go to run type "%temp% then Press "OK" and delete the all item. I have the computer defrag schedule set up to ran once a week. I do clean the temp files, but I guess I could try doing it more frequently.

also check if your computer needs an additional RAM to boost its performance. they all had given you some great ways to improve you computers speed. have a nice day!
