Water is fountain of life. all activities in our cells can be carried out only in presence of water! Water being so essential, do you know how much quantity of water is supposed to be taken by us, daily?

Well water is elixer of life, Life exists on earth because of water, else it will a alone planet with no trees, animals and human.
