why does it seem like the smokers get more privileges then the non smokers. i mean with all there damn cig breaks. i dont understand how they get away with it. but if i a non smoker goes to take a break every 20 minutes i would be fired. what gives. any thoughts about it?

You've got people at your job taking smoke breaks every 20 minutes and they're not being fired?
When I used to work I took one break before lunch and one in the afternoon. It took all of five minutes. I had a friend at the job I had in another state who didn't smoke so she took an "air break" when some of us took a smoke break.
