Are you good at House Keeping ?

House keeping is very essential for office employees. i am not very good at that. i can not keep things in structred way. every day a lot of papers and important documents come out which are very important and should be kept in record file. but some time i forget to keep those documents in not proper way in proper place. this is why some times i just fall into trouble. my boss always advises me to keep the documents in structured way. now a days i am trying to abide by his advise and clean up the massing documents. what about you friends?

you know, i want nothing left out. so i devised my minutes per room. i spend 12 minutes per room because all in all that's the amount of time i spend on myself. so if the house is a mess, i'm a mess. if i am neat, the house is also neat. try it.

at office our files are in the pc already dont have that much paperworks to do so.. but our are prone to dust and my supervisor always remind us to tell our janitor/maintenance to clean the area everyday.. but i think that our janitors/maintenace are too busy cleaning the other area, coz they always forgot to clean our area.. so i end up cleaning it before my boss arrive so she wont be mad at us or ruin her day just because she saw dust in her table.. sometimes doing the jobs of others are tiring but there nothing i can do, i dont want my boss to get mad at me!
