How do you make your summer vacation productive?

Summer is fast approaching.Some find it boring, some find it a very busy time still, some find it a productive and meaningful one.I want to ask your ideas guys about how do you make your summer vacation a very meaningful and productive one?Though i have plans for the summer, i will appreciate your ideas/responses about the topic i have posted.

You know if i've got enough resources i'd like to make myself busy and productive this sumemr like sending myself to a culinary school to study short cooking courses, sending myself to music school(i'd like to continue with my piano lessons), i'd like to go to remote places and distribute medicines, i'd like to work part time in a bar/restaurant or coffee shop(starbucks), i'd like to spend more time with my family(go to an out-of-town trip) and many many more.. =)
