THANJAVUR is one of the town-village are where many peoples depending on the Agriculture as their job/Business . The most area surrounded the tanjore is basic village. Thanjavur is the largest producer of best quality rice like Basmati, they not only produce but also export large quantity of rice to western and arab countries thus contributing to the national exchequer.
