are you good at remembering birthdates?

I have a very good memory for birthdays. I keep a calendar with all the birthdays of friends and family. I think part of how well I remember comes from writing them all down in my planner each year. My best friend calls me to find out when her family's birthdays are.

Yes I am. I'm good at it. I can still remember birthdates of my friends back in grammar school while I haven't seen them in about 30 yrs. I'm also good at remembering anniversary dates. I think it's strange but cool. But get this I'm not good at remembering appointment dates. If someone ask me to remember a specific date a week or 2 before that day I usually forget it. I need to write it on my calendar to really remind myself about it. Maybe i have a selective memory. I don't know. lol

Some years ago, my memory was still somewhat sharp on remembering names, birthdays, dates of special occasion of family, friends and colleagues. But nowadays, I could still remember the birthdays of my immediate family like sons and hubby and other family members, brothers,sisters and some nephews and some friends, but not those whom I rarely talk and communicate with. I tend to be forgetful at times.

well..i won;t say im d best in remembering b'day dates..but i do remember all dates of my close friends.but u know wat's d oddest thing ..i forgot to realise dat specific date is today wen i have to wish him/her..i mean i do remeber if my frnds b'day is on 25th march..but on dat very day i would forget dat it is dat special 25th march,d b'day of my frnd.

im bad at remembering dates and occasions.. :C so before my friends and loveones get mad at me coz i forgot their birthdays i wrote it in my organizer.. it practical and can save me from having a fight with them just because im hard on remembering special dates!! :D
