what are things that keep you from getting a good night's sleep?

stress, things on my mind, maybe tasks that i didn't finish that day, or things i need to do the next day.

Well for me, when i dont get a proper ventilation from A/c or any light/sound disturbances, i will have a disturbed sleep.

what keeps me up is noise from the neighbours and my daughter. i stay half awake kind of to make sure she's ok and not calling me for something

For me, well, the same as you mentioned. In addition to that is a cup of coffee at night and also some activities that I prefer to do at night, like mylotting, lol.

Stress thinking about things for the next day. Worring about things. Alot of stuff sitting on your plate at the time. Head full of thoughts running around and trying to deal with them all at once.
