My boyfriend and I enjoy them, and I was trying to figure out the name of the band (if it was a real band, etc)... Anyway, I found out the curly-haired "singer" is French-Canadian comedian Eric Violette. You can find all the commercials here and download the MP3s if you want for free. http://www.garagespin.com/2008/08/17/free-credit-report-song-commercials-music-mp3-and-lyrics/

I love them! They are so funny and entertaining. That is the only commercial I don't fast forward on my DVR. I don't know if I want it on my iPod though. I love the first one I ever saw the best. The one where he is in the restaurant with the pirate outfit on complete with parrot. Selling T-shirts and ice tea to tourists!

Yeah that one is great! I also like the new Renaissance Fair one as well.

I just watched the videos on the website. There were several that I hadn't seen! I kinda liked the Bike one. The Rockstar one was kind of annoying though.

Yea, I do. They certainly do get your attention. I have yet to use freecreditreport.com, but it's a place that's easy to think about thanks to those commercials. My favorite is the Ren Fair one, but I like them all. Pretty clever campaign.

I really liked the first few commercials! The songs were great. But I'm not really liking the newer ones that are coming out. The songs just aren't as catchy as their earlier songs.

I like them too, they are kinda funny. Its a serious subject but they dose it with a little humor, that helps.

I love these commercials! They are catchy tunes and yes I think they would be good as a band. They could make fun catchy songs.

I just love these commercials, especially the one where they are in the basement because the girlfriend or was it wife? had a bad credit report. The tunes are really catchy. If there isn't a real band, it would be great if they put one together. It is a refreshing change from the usual fare to pick from. Thanks for the question. It's something I have thought about, but this is fun to talk about.
