It does feel so real, doesn't it?? I think dreams are triggered because of what we do before we sleep, for example, if you wath a scary movie and keep on thinking about it through out your day, you can have nightmares, if you don't think that movie was scary you won't have nightmares, dreams and nightmares depend on your moods.I'm pretty sure you have heard this phrase,"I won't wacth that, I'll have trouble sleeping!" Although, Did you have any past experiences with water? Or mabye heights? I think you'll be allright after not wacthing anything scary or any horror film, even if you don't wacth a movie for one day, it possibly won't change a thing, since you need time to forget it...

Okay! I get it that your dreams are really realistic, trust me, everyone has realistic dreams, very often, but you have to make sense out of it, I try to, sometimes, other times I'm just too afraid to think, but ask yourself this question "How did you appear on a building when you were just asleep in your house?", you couldn't have just sleepwalked to the edge and opened your eyes!

Yes sometime it happens if you are scared too much, But you have think positive. Pray or meditate before sleep, it will definetly help you. Positive thinking and positive attitude will help you to overcome this problem.
Good Luck
