Where is art now?

I realize not very many people are artistic nowadays. Everyone is so technological. I remember when i was younger my parents only wanted me to become like a doctor. They wanted me to make big money and be happy. Art had always been part of my life, drawing, painting, dancing, cooking, sometimes writing. And now i realize that i should have done what i loved the most.
