What Is Your Favorite Old Saying?

when i was young my Father used to have all kinds of old sayings. So I think I have just about heard them all.But I have to say that my all time favorite one is Your about as graceful as a bull in a china shop. whats yours?

Wow My mother has so many itis hard to pick a favorite. It's amazing how you catch yourself repeating them to your children to. One of my favorite is when you tell her something that she didn't already know is "Well that's a new wrinkle on my horn"

my favorite that my grandma used to say is "why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?" lol!!!!

The one I like the most is instead of being told not to do something I would be told "you ought not do that" The most frequesnt was "go play in the road" we were told this when we were being supper pesky
