First of all, i want to say sorry to you who respond my discussions "should a mother have her own free time?" "do you like shopping alone?". every time i click on mylot, there were lots of participator,so responsive, i read each of the respondences seriously . one of the responder said"i don't like people who start a post then don't acknowledge or comment to their responders , it's ignorant " i can only say sorry again, what's all is not intentionally. i am new in mylot,and English is not my motherlanguage, so it takes me 5 minutes an least to read a respondence, maybe 10 minutes if it's longer. starting a new discussion takes me nearly one hour. there are seldom chance for me to come in mylot with my 10- month baby . sorry,sorry.

The longer you participate in MyLot the more negative people you will find. You have nothing what ever to be sorry about.
Create your discussion. Read the answers and only respond to people who are helpful. It will save you time and save you a whole lot of stress.
Pay no attention to the negative people. You will never ever be able to please everyone and you should not try. For someone that knows English as a second or third language you do very well. Just keep trying and enjoy it.

As same as you i am a fresh on mylot and english is not my motherlanguage,so i always spend a lot of time to read people`s response,but i have not meet somebody who unfrendily.so i am sorry for the bad thing on you!don not care about it just enjon it!

Welcome to mylot! I'm sorry that you had to have such a bad experiance. While there are a few rude and unfeeling people on here, I think that you will find most are very kind. I've also had people twist my words or make me out to be stupid and not very educated. But, in the end I've met a lot more that were welcoming and kind to me. I don't always have time to comment on all the responses in my posted either and sometimes I have a hard time reading some people's responses as well. And I grew up reading and writing english! The thing is that their on a few people on here who don't really try to make their posts easy to read all the time. For a person who wasn't raised with the english language you do write and communicate brillantly. So, don't let the negitivity get you down. Keep posting and have fun!
