I think the answer is still PayPal.Paypal allows indian members to withdraw money direct to indian bank accounts. The min amount for withdraw is $10. They do not charge anything if the withdraw amount is equal to or more than Rs. 7000.They charge only Rs. 50 for withdrawing less than Rs.7000. They also pay by check and the min amount that can be withdrawn by check is $150.They charge $5 for a check. Alertpay is better for withdrawing money by check as they charge $4 per check and the min withdraw amount is $20. They will send u check in USD. But they don't allow indians to withdraw money directly to indian bank acs. Yes, BANKWIRE transfer is there but that is too much expensive as they charge $15 for a successful BANKWIRE TRANSFER. I think, indians should use PayPal's direct bank transfer method as it is the least expensive.
