All the successful men have a women in his back?

People says those successful men must have a women at their back to be supportive. Guys, do you think you are in this situation now? Or would you prefer your woman to be as good as you are so she could give you advices on your career or even work together?
Girls, Would you rather be a little lady at your spouse's back or have your own carrer by yourself?

kinda harsh but true. haha. but, on the positive view. i am always at my boyfriend's back to support him in every way i can. specially, when it comes to his future and career. i tell him opinions and of course suggest ideas. and he appreciates it very well. but then of course, i have my own career. in fact, humbly i may say, i still had a career ahead of my boyfriend. 
but we still work together on some things specially when it comes to graphic designing, i have the ideas coz i think girls are more idealistic but he puts it in the picture coz he got better talent than i. happy mylotting!

Yes its true that every successful man, behind him is a woman.
I have a career of myself and I am also very supportive to my bf and that what makes him happy.
