Do guys forget completely what they have said overnight?

My dad yelled at me very unreasonably last week and sounded like I was the worst person ever, but he acted like nothing has happened yesterday when he talked to me.
I think it seems very common because my friend has told me her boyfriends never raise up what she has said unless she told her.
so what does that mean? Guys have short memory? Or they don't want to remember?
I hope you can share your views with me :-)

this is true. i have experienced it a lot. and im having a bit of trouble about it with my boyfriend. he usually forget the things we've talked about the other day. i don't know if he really intends to forget it, or what but he really forgets it. and i really get mad at times like that. it's so irritating, repeating everything you've talked over and over. and i really hate it. according to some research, our brain has the capacity to control our memory, it sometimes tends to forget the things we never wanted to remember again like bad things that has happened to us in the past. but not pretty sure about it. i think men are not just serious when they talk that's why they forget what they've already said. hmp.
anyway, happy mylotting!

Some guys remember well what they have said or do except if they are drunk.
Most guys don't remember dates like birthdays and anniversaries, it is a fact but I don't know why ;)
