How to remember what we read??

Hi mylotters!I have a big problem,I always forget what i read.I study at college and need me to pass exam.But my problem is I always forget what i read and I need to remember many formula.Do you have any idea to help me??

just two points,my friend,repeat again and again & learn it by heart.nobody can remember anything what they read so clearly,but if you take a decision,then you'll win.in fact ,my memory is not better than you i think,when i started to learn english vocabulary,i can't remember them any more,thats a big trouble to me,at last,i determined to remember them,i don't believe why others can remember those words and i can't,so finally i got it ,i do! my dear,please trust youself,you can do it !

In my own experience, its better to review in the morning when you just wake up because your mind has rested already and can easily absorb what ever you read. Go to bed as early as possible :)

I used to get those little 3 x 5 note cards and make like flash cards. That way you put the question on the front and the answer on the back you can quiz yourself over and over. I usually learned it by making out the flash cards. Then I could take them anywhere and go over them. I know we all learn in many different ways but maybe you could try it and see if it helps.
