How Can I Breath Well for good Health..?

Hi mylotters welcome again,Life is but a series of breaths. Breath is life. We can live a long time without food, a couple of days without drinking, but life without breath is measured in minutes. Something so essential deserves our attention. Breath is the most important of all the bodily functions. Proper breathing is one of the most important things you can do for maintaining your health. There is a right way and a wrong way to breathe. Children breathe deeply, from their diaphragm. As we age, however, our breathing shifts to the chest and becomes more shallow and more rapid. Deep breathing is best..I know that too. can any one say clearly, How you use to do any breathing exercise? How many years you are doing it? Do you have any improvement and what all the easy methods? Knowing and Unknowing the good thinks were not been added one to our healthy life just we have to choose which one is good and healthier for our life. Nothing wrong in practicing breathing exercises dear suzzy3. Many of our grandpas followed lived for very long time hope anyone we experienced the real benefit of breathing will not stop this exercise, its up to you. Any way thanks for your comment. its part of relaxation exercise, and its true that it helps a lot. it helps to fight stress, anxiety and depression. Its good to start meditation with deep breathing. Proper exercises must start with deep good breathing too, besides stretching. One must continue breathing in and out when doing exercises. Doing this will be beneficial to our health. happy mylotting!
