i'll listen to the song just for awhile and will change the station on the radio or probably stop the player or just close my eyes and thank myself that I am already done and over with the person.

when i hear old songs it will make me think of the person...how's my ex without me,is he happy now or does he also thinks of me when he hears our theme song..but the bottom line here is that no matter how sad or happy you feel when you hear the old song..you feel thankful that you are much better now than before.

I really didn't like the music that was popular when I was growing up, rather I liked that of the older generations, and a lot of other music from around the world, both recent, and nostalgic. All of my favourite songs remind me of things in my life, and there are some songs that I don't like that remind me of the not-so-good times.

Absolutely.I think songs are our memories.Everytime I listen to songs picking up my old days.It may reminds me some sadness then I'll stop listening coz I don't wanna get hurt any more. Not just a friend or an ex,sometimes I think about my grandma's been past away, that's a horrible fact to me.

Sometimes it's nice to hear the old songs which reminds you of your past. But there are cases when you would like to throw a stone to your component or speakers to stop the music bec.sometimes it hurts when we remember what happened from the past.

Definitely yes...it took me a year after my husband and I split to be able to hear "our song" without getting choked up.

hahaha and what's even worst...you will hear your theme song in the radio or probably at the mall or at the grocery and it's really hard and what you wanted to do is just throw a stone to the speaker in order for the song to stop.

yes, definitely, especially the song "Hanggang Ngayon" by Kyla. It's a tagalog song means "Until now". it reminds me of my first love and grade school years.

Definitely. A lot of songs I hear remind me of people that I have met and have left my life. Some are country some are rock, and when I hear them the memories come flooding back. Even though these people are not currently in my life, all I have to do is hear the song and I immediately think of that person. This song reminds me of my first husband...."What do I care if you go...you left me a long time ago." When I first heard that song, I immediately thought of our situation and the obstacles that we had to face in our marriage.
