What do you eat before you get sleep and after you get up respectively?

Health is the most important thing to everybody. There is an old saying in our country is that body is the capital of the revolution. Good health, then everything is good. SO what do you do to keep a good health condition. Let's start form the small things, what do you eat before you get sleep and after you get up? In my opinion, you should eat less before you get sleep and drink more water after you get up. So what do you think? Share you opinions! Happy mylotting!

Before i go to bed i eat everything except high caloried food like cakes,cheese,butter.My dinner is so simple.After getting up i take milk first and breakfast around 9 am with high calories food as much i can.It makes feel fresh and active whole day.

after my dinner, i rest for a while, watch tv, drink milk, thewn sleep. after waking up, i drink plenty of water, then have to pee. :)

I eat dinner and sometimes a snack before i go to sleep... sometimes it's a big meal and others times it's not.. depends on how hungry i am... and i always wake up and have a bowl of cereal in the morning. I drink a lot of water through out the day. it's all i pretty much drink. I think it's smart to eat less at night before bed and eat more during the day. If you eat more during the day you'll be less hungry at night anyway... and by eating earlier on it'll give your body more time to use up and burn the calories for that day.

Before sleeping i eat some desert as it helps digest faster the food while we are asleep. And after after getting up, i eat breakfast of eggs and juice of carrot as it is healthy.

I totally agree to your opinion. Unfortunately, I eat a lot before sleep. The reason is it takes me about 1 hour to go home after work. Then I cook myself and eat. After I finish it, it usually will be 9pm. Then I watch TV until 10 and go to sleep. I eat a lot of things, mostly vegetables cooked. After I getting up, I will eat some cookies and have some milk since I have no time to prepare other food. Cookies and milk are easy to get. I just need to go to the supermarket to buy. I know this is unhealthy, too. I am trying to figure out ways to change it. Do you have any suggestions about this? I really want to keep healthy but found it is so hard.

I can't sleep on an empty stomach, so I will make me something light to eat like a couple of celery sticks with peanut butter smeared down the middle and a big glass of hot soy milk! Soy milk is good for you and it puts me right to sleep!

or saying eat less during your dinner and dont take any food 2 hours before you go to sleep, also avoid to drink too much water before sleep, you might need to wake up and go toilet if you drink too much water, it affect your sleep quality too. Early morning drink water is good because our body are procesing, especially our liver are active during night, and detoxification is carried out actively. Morning drink water is help our bod to release those toxin from our body, it is very good practice

Hi there , Thanks for the suggestion you gave,as for me i have some amount of fruits ,usually i have bananas,and when i get up i have my tea or coffee,which kicks away the morning sleep. Cheers

ya it helps a lot it reducing constipation problems , u should have dinner atleast 2 hrs before sleeping . u can have a glass of milk if u feel hungry .

You should not eat before you go to bed but when i get up i eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water to flush everything out my body. I believe you are what you eat so my health is very important to me.

generally we take dinner before going to bed. it is some curry, fish or chicken and hand made bread.After wake up first take tea with biscuit.then breakfast of mainly cereals.

Hello! I never eat anything before I go to sleep.Instead I drink a cup of warm milk added with honey because it gets me in to deep sleep.So also after getting up from bed in the morning I never eat any thing bur one or two cups of red tea as it helps clearing the motion and there after I drink a glass of vegetables juice.thanx.

Hi Braveheartok, For some reason, I can't sleep without drinking coffee. So that is my routine. A cup of coffee for me so I can sleep. Yes i agree with you... EAST LESS BEFORE SLEEP..This wise saying.. As we do nothing almost zero work while we sleep it is good for health if we take light food before going to sleep. Taking nothing and sleep is also harmful to out health. Without any intake, if you go for sleep then also your digestive system gets disturbed and whole system is slowly damaged. And it is very much true that drinking water after wake up is good for health. Water with empty stomach cures many diseases. It is scientifically proven and doctors advice patients especially for acidity..."Drink a glass of water with empty stomach without brushing"..this is damn good treatment for acidity.

I eat nothing before I get sleep and after I get up, I have shower and eat my breakfast.And my husband drinks plain water after his getting up.And he told me that is good for health.Maybe I should try.Happy mylotting.

i don't eat anything before i go to sleep,because i have eaten very full at dinner.and it's uncomfortable to eat something before sleep.after i get up in the morning, i always drink one cup of honey water.it not only promote enteric assimilation but also good for our face.
