When I was younger, would have had to say that my Dad is the best cook in the family. Now, I have to say that I am. Dad is still a great cook, but there are things that I cook a lot better. I learned from him, but have used y own techniques to perfect the things I cook. My parents say that my lder bother is a great cook too, but he has never cooked for me, so I can't rate his compared to mine.

I think it's my dad too. He doesn't cook often but he is a really good cook, as he is more patient with the cooking *laughs*. My mom cooks really often but she is more of an efficient cook rather than a tasty cook!

Of course it's my mother. My mother can cook every kind of dishes because she ever went to cook classes. l still remembered when l was young, she always cook different kind of dishes, just to make sure that we not bored with her cooking. My father is good at frying meat and fish. He can make you eat more than usual, because he knows how to mix around the spices, to make them look delicious. I had learned alot from both of them and now lm also quite good at cooking. My husband, started to learn cooking from me, as well.

my parents are the best cooks, for my tastes that is. i just love the homestyle food they cook . the kind of stuff only available at our very own kitchen and cannot be bought outside. yeah i wish they could pass their cooking skills to me. LoL. but i'll never be as good

My father is the best cook, though the usual cook is my mom. Now I'm living alone and I'm the best cook in the house, of course.

Hi tudors When I was living with my parents,my mother was the best cook. But now in my family,my wife is the best cook. I know only to eat not to cook!So there is no competitor for her. Though my mother can cook only our traditional food,my wife is talented to cook so many varieties. But in my ratings,my mother remains my best cook forever. Happy mylotting

the best cook in my family is my mother's mom, my grandma. she has recipes that may be considered old fashioned (with hard to find ingredients like lining of an intestine) that she uses in morcon, a local version of meatloaf. she used to tell us that when she gets to eat good tasting dishes she would ask the cook what the ingredients are and she would modify it according to what her 9 children wants. she never changed the ingredients: even the brand of sausage that she uses. they say mom knows best. but grandmother knows better than the best (so much so in cooking).
