why ptc for usa only?????? not for indians

I am not happy because when i take my payout today from nomincashout they ask me to complete a survey .whats this .. hey guys anyone if knows a site to earn money for indians please help me. message me friends ..

What programme is this...There are so many scams here...don't believe in anything..thoroughly check it out...They will not pay..i joined many sites and only some payed money..so beware of scams..I think this site is also a scam...Did you got any payment... Any way thanks for the discussion...
