How can I lose weight for my thigh?

I think it is ok for other parts of my body, but for my thigh, which is fatter, I am going to lose weight, but I really do not know how. My friends said climing the staircase may plays a role in it, but I can not insist on it. Can you tell me how can I lose the weight for my thigh? Thanks a lot!

i have the same problem with you.and my collegues told me that every evening you can run about twenty minutes, and i decide to have a try.because my collegue she loose twenty weight in one month,including her thigh.so,you also can have a try.let's see next time when we meet again, we can chat whether it's affective or not.

its effective buddy... running at one place like with treadmill is more effective..

I think running in the morning can reduce fat.

It is better if you go for walk. If you have no time then go for a treadmill it works effectively. Treadmill makes you to walk, run, jog and it will have great work out on your whole body... starting should be extended to 10minutes atmost. then slowly increase to 30 minutes daily...you can expect the change within 15 days..

Hi, Braveheartok103, don't climbing the staircase, coz' it may hurt your knee, I think you can keep your thigh fit by walking. I DO walk for a hour to keep myself fit, and it works. Happy myLotting !!
