Now I know you need to keep your stamina up so here are some healthy weight loss principles which will allow you to eat and lose weight Fruit and veg Low in calories and fat but jam packed with lots of nutritional benefits. Use to bulk out a meal to fill you up or snack on fruit throughout the day to stop the hands delving into the biscuit tin mid morning! Fibre Helps the whole digestive process, plus wholegrains keep you feeling full for longer as they are a lower GI food . Simple switches like trading in the white bread for brown or having wholegrain pasta and brown rice will have the pounds dropping off without you even feeling like you are trying. Protein Great if you are trying to build up muscle plus protein will keep you feeling full up for longer. So if you find you are snacking during the afternoon try adding more protein to your lunch. Add tuna, chicken or prawns to your sandwich or maybe a pasta salad and you’ll lose fat and retain more lean body mass. Dairy Go for the low fat varieties e.g. low fat yogurts, semi-skimmed milk, low fat cottage cheese. The result - strong bones, you’ll be thankful of that later on. Eat more and lose weight is not a dream. Choose those low cal food and eat more dont matter. And also, eat single food is also one of the way to avoid weight gain. However, not suggest this method since it will actually give bad effect to your body. Nobody going to weight loss now, most of the people now are looking on weight beauty control. Weight beauty control is loss weight on certain part of your body, the reason is weight loss might cause your boobs getting smaller and girl now not like, they prefer to lose weight on certain part of body, like leg, face etc.

You know eating is the key to losing weight. You want to keep your metabolism working. So here is another key thing to follow. Eat approx every 3 hours. Using the following guide to help you. Breakfast 400 Calories Snack 100 Calories Lunch 400 Calories Snack 100 Calories Dinner 400 Calories treat 50 calories Now remember you want the vegatables to be the bulk of your meal. You need to have Protein, Carbs, and Fats all in your diet. Choosing the right ones will help you in your goal to lose weight. Drinking water through out the day will also keep you moving. I quit drinking Soda approx 2 days ago. Now all I drink is water. I do have 1 glass of cranberry juice daily. Anti-oxidants you need them, keeps monsters away LOL

I agree with you totaly and I think that you really gave a good description regarding nutrients and food. I made it and lost around 13 kg, I counted calories ate healthy and really worked. I also used to make lots of exercise which really help out too loose the calories.
