Sure many of you had dim sums before, ever think of making them?

I am sure many of you have had Dim Sums before but have you ever think of making any? My favourite is "Siu Mai" and sometimes I would make my own, it's actually quite fun to do it *smiles*.
So have you tried any in the link? Tried making them?

I just made "Siu Mai" last week... but in my country we call it "siomai"... and it is very delicious... that is actually my favorite among the different dim sums available... it is quite easy to make since i just buy the wrapper and the premixed meat at the supermarket... and then use my rice cooker to steam it...
Very yummy especially when dipped in soy sauce with lots of calamansi or lemon...

Yes Siu Mai is definitely my favourite too! We have "fish meat" siu mai as well which we use fish instead of meat, which turns out to be healthier!

I love dim sums. I like Chinese foods. Me and my family usually eat dim sums in a restaurant since I am not familiar on how to make or cook them. Well, your link is certainly a big help. I will try to make them later on.

I love dim sums and it is really my dream of making them. I still perfecting the recipes I got from the net because I want for it to taste like the one I am buying in a chinese resto but unfortunately not.

I do like them.
but I'm not very good at cooking so just know these would not come out right!
