Me and my guy were talking about eating more heathily, and he went out and stocked the freezer with meats, that includes a bunch of fish! Now I know it is better to eat fresh fish, but all we have is frozen right now and I dont want to waste it. WE have flounder, tuna, and salmon...And I dont cook fish.. I only cook shrimp, and crablegs and lobster...So I have no idea what to do with this fish, It just sits there I see it everday and I just dont know what to do with it.
I steamed some flounder in an aluminum foil packet with some veggies, Me and the kids liked it but he didnt (of course).
So, now I have nothing...no ideas at all in my head...
Has this ever happened to you? Having a lot of something you dont know what to do with?

es it happens to me when i would wish to try something new. we are living abroad and we dont find all things what we eat in our place and so i try to modify some things and try to prepare it so that i can have widé range of foods and i can cook it for our daily food. once i had got some different pastas here and we really dont eat pastas and we just eat noodles but as i have got those i tried and prepared it but i didnt like the taste so much and it was just managable and then i had those packet just like that for more days and i thought let me ask my friend if she likes it but even she wasnt interested and hence i had no option and i have to throw it. i really feel bad to waste things as it is hard earned money and wasting is not possible but it happens most of the times that i dont like some new things and i have to discard it.
