Vitamins - general questions. What do you take? How do you feel?

The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but how accurate is that when applying it to vitamins? I usually get multi-vitamins from Walgreen's and go with their 'Walgreen's-brand' or whatever is the cheapest. I like to have vitamin C also, especially in the winter months to try and ward off sickness. I have been getting the cheap brands, but I'm thinking that maybe I should go to GNC or something to investigate pricier supplements. What are your thoughts on this? I've been thinking about taking probiotics so that my body will be more efficient at digesting and absorbing vitamins from both supplements and food. Does anyone have any experience with that? How do you feel? Also CoQ10 for heart health? Has anyone tried this? I know that talking to my doctor is the best choice, and I am not asking for medical advice, just taking a poll to see what has worked for others! Thanks!
