Worry is horrible, isn't it? It can fill your head to the exclusion of practically everything else. It stops you laughing, relaxing, enjoying life. Whats worse is, it never solves a thing. The problem is the more you try to get rid of the bee in your bonnet the more it buzzes around your head. Its like you keep telling yourself to fall asleep and thats keep you awake. Whats the way out of this loop? Please share.

I agree with you. Worrying never solves anything. It doesn't really help anyone to worry. However, this is something that we can't help doing, sometimes. There are times, when we can't really help worrying.

I believe that a little worry is healthy. Otherwise, if no worries then we always assume ok. Not everything is ok in our daily life and that is why we should be worry a little.

Hi and you are welcomed to mylot. Now for this worry thing I never give indulgence to it and therefore there is no bee to buzz around my head. Remaining worried and being happy fully depends on you and you only. None can really make you happy nor can make you worried.

You are absolutely right, worrying does not solve anything. I think the best way to stop worrying about something is to get your mind off it somehow. Go shopping, get together with friends for lunch, go for a walk. Anything that will get you away for a while and get your mind off the situation.

A little worry is alright but no worries can also signal something is not right up there. lol
