That is a scary though and i hope you do not have a daghter in such a relationshi. Best way will be to may be make her see her situation and put her through some kind of counselling that makes her realise hw she can breakher pattern. Next I agree would be to call cops on the guy and make him pay for abusing a minor. Its a scary scenario and one which has to be handled very carefully. As I have a cousine who ended up marrying an abusive person and her life is now ruined.

There will be no negotiation. I would call the police and file charges. That's the right thing to do. The wrong thing to do is to research how witch crafting works and get a voodoo doll but I might try that too if bad karma don't get the guy sooner :(
