I was hungry and didn't know what to eat. I looked in the frige and I saw I had some wild rice from last nite. I wasn't very thrilled by it but I didn't want to throw it away. So I put in a can of crushed tomatoes, water, garlic and dropped in an egg. Calling it.. Wild Rice, Tomato Egg Drop Soup

hello dancingredfeather yum, would you pass me some of that wild rice? oh my gosh! i haven't had any wild rice in years. lol i enjoy eating any kind of rice that you can think about and anyway that you can fix the rice as well, i like all of it. and your rice creation sounded delicious. i will have to purchase some wild rice when that i go back to the grocery store and see what that i can come up to serve it with. i know that my picky eater will not be even tasting any of the wild rice, lol, haha, extra for me. i love tomatoes and garlic in about everything as well. i use tomatoes and garlic in several different meals that i make, like spaghetti and homemade chili beans. yum. i just ate dinner and i do not know why, but i am not feeling full from eating. take care and have a beautiful evening.

I love how this sounds DancingRedFeather1! Did you cook the egg in a poaching fashion or leave it as raw as possible? There is something wonderfully creative when one is cooking food by the seat of their pants. It is as if a person is four years old and just enjoying finger painting. Then standing back, amazed, at the sudden beauty that appears!
