I’m a stay at home mom and always looking for real, legit ways to make a little bit of money. There are quite a few things you can do online to make some extra cash. Don’t plan to get rich off of these, but you can make some extra spending money each month. On all of these you don’t have to spend any money to join… you can get started right away. I posted this list with links and more on my making/saving money blog Cha Ching Queen http://chachingqueen.blogspot.com/2009/03/my-huge-list-of-legit-ways-to-make.html http://chachingqueen.blogspot.com/ You can get cash back on your online purchases. Before I buy anything online I go through these sites to see which gives you the most money back. Depending on the site you get a check either once a month, or every few months. The sites are bigcrumbs, ebates, cash crate, and quick rewards. You also get a small percentage when your friends buy stuff as well. You can work for ChaCha answering questions people text or call in. Answer questions on JustAnswer. You can also make money on Cash Crate by completing free offers, surveys, and entering contests. You can sell your photos, images, videos to different stock photo sites. More info is on my blog. Write reviews on Epinions. Put ads on your car. Do small jobs with Amazon. Blog for bucks. You can make money by writing about certain things on your blog. If you are good at brainstorming, you can get paid to come up with names for products, companies, and websites. Let me know if you have any questions about any of these and I can give you more info.

Awesome list! :) At the moment I am mostly just writing articles for money. It pays pretty well I think if you don't get writer's block that is. I'd say so far this month I've made $30 with them :D

what site do you use? How do they determine how much you get paid? Is is based on how many people read them? or the subject matter?

I am currently using Associated Content, they review your article to make sure it's not plagiarized so it takes 1-5 days usually. They say they pay up to $20 per article but I average between $2 - $5 but one article a day usually makes a good monthly bonus for me :D Oh, they also do pay per views as well. I think $1.50 / 1000 views.

I just signed up with them a few days ago. How do you figure out which articles pay an upfront amount of money? How do you decide what to write about? Once you write an article, what type of rights do you give them? can you post it on other sites as well?

Tell me more about the stock photo site, and what kind of photos do you need to upload dose it have to be personal photos or can they be other kinds of photos such as clip art and public domain or royalty free pics?

It really depends on the site. some are stricter that others. I posted personal pictures of my trips and they approved most of them. If you have any people in your photos you have to have them sign a model release. There are different types of royalties you can choose from - you get paid more to give the site exclusive rights to your photo. yes, most take clip art as well.

yes, I have many links to stock photo sites. I just started doing it and I prefer bigstockphoto http://www.bigstockphoto.com/?refid=5sy8R5O2L I have 22 pics on there and the first was just downloaded. I have only made 50 cents (you get 50cents per pic downloaded), but hopefully I will start making more.

If you're looking for some more ways you can check out my blog when I finally get it all finished and readyyy to launch! I have toonns of ways to help make extra money online, even ways you don't have listed on your blog. One that caught my eye on your blog was Drivertiser. Have you been paid from them before? I saw a similar thing to this before but it turned out to be a scam, I was looking for a few legit places, is this one? Feel free to help me outt. I'm also looking for any other similar places like that if you know any that may have not been listed yet 'cept if Drivertiser is legit that would work just fine. Thanks in advance!

I have not personally used Drivertiser. I didn't qualify. I don't drive enough miles a day on my car. I did a little research and it seems legit, but I have not actually used it because I did not meet the requirements.

I guess every little bit helps here and there but it can be a bit overwhelming when there are so many sites to do. I tend to just stick with a few so and that way it is easier to remember to go there everyday. I guess one could make a list and just tick the items that they complete off every day. Every little bit helps I guess, I find that sometimes it is hard to sit at the computer for too long and then I forget sometimes what I am doing on it. I get carried away and just enjoy other fun sites. It can be a bit like that sometimes when you just want to relax now and then. Its great to see that there are so many options on the internet. If I had it my way I would just love it to be able to go to one site and earn all my earnings from one good site. But these days to make a decent amount one must join this one and that one. I find that hard to do sometimes, I guess one can only be grateful for whatever opportunities come up. That brainstorming one sounds like a lot of fun. I have not heard of that one before. There are some interesting things emerging now and people are coming up with new ways to make a cent. I wonder what things will be like in the future and what will happen to these sites? I think if they do well enough they may have many options on their one single site. That is interesting. It would be like a one stop shop for people.

I agree. I wish there was just one site that had everything. we should make one... ha ha. The brainstorming one is pretty cool. They pay for the top 3 best names. So, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners get some cash.

Oh that sounds really cool. To be even offered something for being one of the top choices, that sounds nice too. How much is the reward if I may ask? I mean is it like in cents like some other sites or do they offer dollar amounts for each winner? It does sound like a lot of fun too. Oh yes that would be nice to be able to make one that we can just go to everyday without having to remember a whole list. Yes we should do it. Ha ha. LOL I wish I had the expertise for it. LOL

This is great. I need to make about 200 US a month from the web and that will make my days very much brighter. The exchange rate with the US dollar in Trinidad is good with this and I would be very happy to do this. Unfortunately I do not have my own PC, I use the one in my office that sits on my desk or go into a computer cafe. Love this posting, thank you.

You could write your own articles at home and then just use the computer to type them up and submit to web sites.

There are also a few survey sites that have been offering cash surveys recently. The sites I've joined are free and you don't have to give all kinds of personal info to complete the survey. I've been paid several times from one of the survey sites and I'm new to the 2nd, but it also has a great reputation...and I've already qualified for a payout via Paypal after less than 2 weeks ! I love bigcrumbs...you can find some amazing money saving deals with some of the stores, plus I love getting cash back when I shop for craft supplies on eBay!

ChaCha is great I am a guide. I am so close to cash out its great! I love that they raised the pay for guides! I think they closed the area for new guides to sign up though. About a week ago they opened it for awhile but it filled up pretty fast if I am correct.

I just checked and it is closed right now. I was a guide, now I just expedite. What are they paying guides now? It was 10 cents, right? or 20 cents if you answer a whole lot.

The information you have provided is exciting and i will definitely check out all these sites. But one thing i would like to question that whether these sites are good for international members also?I am not a US citizen therefore i am a bit apprehensive about survey sites that whether they will give survey to non US citizens

Since last years i have been trying so hard to make money from the internet, but until now i still feel that even the free legit websites wouldn't make any good money for an international members outside US. Correct me if i am wrong, i think there are many international members that not living in US would have a hard time trying to make money in the internet.
