As usual all of these are determined in the terms of each site. You should learn them before asking such questions. You're confious because you're too lazy to learn by yourself. For Paypal, to get verified, you must assign a credit card, inside your paypal account you can see where to charge and to withdraw money. I don't use the others processors so I don't know much, but I think the terms are alike.

In philippines, it is very difficult to withdraw money from alertpay account becoz they dont support yet linking card to your account from any philippine bank. Although, you can get your money through wire bank transfer, but the cost is very high amounting to $15 USD per trnx.Alertpay is only good for people who are living in the US or other countries supported by that payment processor. Paypal is easier because you can either withdraw your money by linking your card or by bank transfer in a reasonable amount. I have my eon account which i link to my business Paypal account.Business account holders for paypal charges from 2.5% to 3.4% + .30 USD per money receive to your account. So for example if you receive $80 in your paypal, the net proceeds will be $ 76.98(by applying 3.4%) but another % of fees apply if it involves cross-border payment .It is easy to withdraw and purchase anything online through paypal if you have a card verified and link to your account. You have to wait up to 5 days from the time of your withdrawal request before it appears in your banks statement of account. There's only one thing that i dont like in this processor / the bank concerned because i dont have any idea/the way to know if how much is the exchange rate of USD $$$ to Philippine Peso on that day of withdrawal request because usually it is much lower compared to my expected amount according to newspapers or other sources of exchange value . I ask the bank about it but they said "Only visa international can answer my concerned .I then wrote an email to visa but i receive no reply.i just hope they have time to read my letter ).
