I'm So Pissed at Myself - Beware of Free Grants CD Scams Online

I'm so pissed at myself for falling a scam online. I thought I was reviewing a reliable site for "Grants". It advertised free CD and free 7 day trial,so paid the $3.95 shipping and I canceled the trial period before the 7th day. I received the CD in the mail 2 weeks later. This week I checked my paypal account as I always do and I saw a pending charge for $29.95 from the same company. I tried to contact the number provided on the site(no answer during business hours). Then I sent a faxed complaint to Paypal to request stop payment along with proof of my email confirmation letter from the company to cancel and I also found out that this company was a scam and I sent proof of all the complaints about the company from others. Its been 2 days and the payment is still pending. The only smart move I made was that I used my pre-paid debit card to pay the shipping-so maybe thats why the $29.95 is still pending because I don't have enough on the card. Just want to warn anyone looking a advertisement from Grants/NewSpin aka; Grant Funding Express aka; GrantWriting Express aka; GrantHelpOrder.com. Some folks said they were charged $74. & $29.95 and never got their CD and is trying to get their money back.
