Good day everyone!, In school, there are times when in our class we are grouped by our teachers/instructors into team. In our team, one has to be the leader to represent the team and that will guide his members/teammates by delegating tasks. There are instances when we would like to be the leader but someone had already represented himself to take charge of the your team. What do you feel about it? Let's construct our differences. =) :)

Most of the time, I'm acting the follower more than a leader especially with somebody who has a stronger voice and tough personality, I don't usually object or refuse things so it leads me to be a follower too. I'm a leader sometimes with my sister because I' m the one usually decide wha tot do and stuff. I'm not a big fan of decision making so I don't mind to be a follower.

It depend on the situation. Usually I will become a follower when there are already a good leader. But when everybody is not fit or isnt willing to be the leader, I will take the seat.

I would follow anyone who is a good leader. I do not follow very well when it is a lousy leader, when that happens I just naturally take over and become a de facto leader. Cheers!!

i really think i'm more of a follower because i'm the happy-go-lucky type and when it comes to school, i usually settle for mediocrity and it's just a bonus if get good grades because i get it effortlessly. i am afraid of being a leader too because i'm not sure if i can handle a group very well. i personally think that i'm better of alone because i think i do more when i don't think or consider other people.

I have always been a leader at school, college even at work. I am also a good follower. But I always have the urge to be a leader and I am achievement hungry. I am good at leading and I am not a dictator. If I am at a following position, I do so well and the learn the skills and then become a leader. I love taking risks and plunging into the unknown. Some risks fell flat at my face but I have no regrets and would do it again lol.
