Hard boiled eggs for breakfast

My 2 year old got up this morning and told me she was hungry. When I asked her what she wanted she went into the kitchen and took a raw egg out of the fridge, handed it to me and said cook water. I guess that was her way of telling me she wanted a hard boiled egg. So, she had a hard boiled egg and some grapes for breakfast. Do you like hard boiled eggs? Ever have them for breakfast? Would you take the time to cook a hard boiled egg for a 2 year old for breakfast or try to get them to eat some scrambled eggs?

I love hard boiled eggs. I don't eat them very often, but I would eat them for breakfast. I would also cook them for a 2 yr old, or any kids if that is what they wanted.

Hard boiled eggs is one of my 15 month old daughter's favorite breakfasts. I usually boil up a dozen or so at a time so that I don't have to do them first thing in the morning.

I keep meaning to cook a bunch up, but I always forget. I have a whole dozen in the fridge right now that I want to cook up. My 9 year old loves them too.,

We do love hard boiled eggs, but I'm not much of a morning person. I can't do a thing until I've had my cappuccino and smoke in the morning, and I tend to like to have at least an hour on the puter before I get busy, so breakfast is not something I make! I have frozen waffles and oatmeal and other stuff on hand for the kids to make themselves a hot breakfast. My youngest absolutely loves eggs!! But I don't make them often. Usually whenever hubby is home though, he will make them because he likes to have them frequently. He doesn't usually hard boil them, he'll scramble them for the kids and then make himself a "messy sandwich" with fried eggs.
